Giving 4 stars because nobody reads 5. I was shocked by the level of service at this dealership. Called Fri night at 5pm, said I needed a battery replacement for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and could they do it on Sat. John, the service advisor, said sure, bring it in. Showed up at 8:15 am Sat, was out by 9:45 - and they did the job correctly. Been dealing with dealerships for all kinds of cars (many high-end) for 40 + years: these folks are exceptional.
Had a great experience at Safford of Warrenton. Would highly recommend. Seriously doubt there is a better CDJR dealership in the Washington Metro Area.

Excellent staff that was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. Was not pushy, rude, and annoying like many other dealerships. Go see salesman, Shawn, and the rest of the staff here to get into the vehicle you want. We originally came to get a 2023 Challenger and ended up leaving with a 2026 Wagoneer also! Wouldn't have happened had the staff not been top notch!
