Skyline Drive Wine Tour: Front Royal Entrance

April 13th, 2018 by
It’s the height of the summer travel season, and if you’re anything like us, you’re probably planning more than a few exciting trips out and about this season. One of our favorite trips is taking a drive along Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. Along the route, you’ll experience dozens of wineries, gorgeous scenery and excellent food to fit any taste. Set in scenic Northern Virginia, Front Royal is the Northern terminus of Skyline Drive, a designated National Scenic Byway. Since you’re sure to make a stop along the route, here are a few of our favorites near the Front Royal entrance.

However, with the beautiful Virginia summer weather, staying outside shouldn’t be a problem.

Glen Manor has been producing top quality Virginia wines since 1995. Glen Manor wine is not only available at the vineyard, but also for retail sale or for order in many local stores and restaurants, marking this vineyard as a local favorite and a must-see destination.
