Safford Donāt trust this dealer! Purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee. Sales rep said it comes with a 3-month/3000 mile bumper to bumper Chrysler service warranty. I had my first opportunity to use the warranty 2 months after purchase. I closed the driverās side air vent. The next day I opened the same vent and no air was coming out. I wish I could give them a better rating, but my experience doesn't allow. I purchased a $98K truck from them which they delivered. The delivery driver damaged the truck upon unloading. I was given the run around about the repairs. Safford pawned the whole thing off on me because they only hired the delivery company. I hate to leave bad reviews but this one was just horrible. Dropped off our work truck on 7/9/2024 and it was not even looked at for a few weeks. Was told that in order to pass the safety inspection i would have to buy 2 windshield wipers at $30 (per handwritten note from Service Tech). I do not drive it much (35000 miles total only) but every year I take it in for oil change, state inspection and general maintenance. This time I had a detail as well. Okay, took my vehicle in for warranty service only to have them tell me they need to order the parts. I made the appointment a month out so they could get the parts. This was their recommendation! Stafford always provides great service in a super clean comfortable dealership. Got the 60K mile full service for my Citadel. It's true, "Stafford & Great Service are Synonymous."

Had a 8.30 appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours. All I got was a sorry. Then when it was done the paperwork was on the guys desk he told me to wait until he did someone elseās paperwork. Why do they give you a time for a appointment if it takes an 1 1/2 hours to get on the rack. Not pleased.

Safford service department attempted to hide damage they caused during warrantee service and it resulted in destroying the motor. Terrible experience with Preston Meadows and the General Sales Manager, Drew Huttner. Neither of these people seem to care at all about the customer experience. They are slow, non-responsive, don't pay any attention to details and really don't seem to care in the slightest. I will never buy from this dealer again and would advise everyone to avoid this dealership. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this is by far the worst experience. You would have thought that at least the manager would feign interest but even he was non-responsive.

Recently I purchased a B5 Blue Challenger from Stafford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warrenton and unfortunately did not have a good buying experience. I traveled roughly 400 miles to this dealership after being told things about the challenger that were not true upon arrival. Pricing is artificially low. They advertise a price to get you in the door. Than they add freight $1,600 and dealer paperwork $899 onto the price. So you will never get the car for the price advertised. Sure, they disclaim this elsewhere so can say you didnāt read the fine print. Look for a dealer who is transparent about their pricing. They are out there. I will not buy anything from them. My money is going elsewhere.

My complaint is with Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warrenton, VA. The service center has been very dishonest, blatant lies. I took my 2016 Ram 3500 in for a Recall on a steering linkage. The 1st time I took it in, they told me the part would be replaced with NEW parts, and not welded. Great, picked up my truck after 2 weeks. Later took the truck in for two new tires and an alignment.
