Safford Don’t trust this dealer! Purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee. Sales rep said it comes with a 3-month/3000 mile bumper to bumper Chrysler service warranty. I wish I could give them a better rating, but my experience doesn't allow. I purchased a $98K truck from them which they delivered. The delivery driver damaged the truck upon unloading. I was given the run around about the repairs. Safford pawned the whole thing off on me because they only hired the delivery company. I hate to leave bad reviews but this one was just horrible. Dropped off our work truck on 7/9/2024 and it was not even looked at for a few weeks. Finally, a MONTH later after I had to keep bugging the service rep, they finished repairing it and charge me $1,266.85 for FUEL FILTERS! VERY dishonest. Verbally agreed to purchase a particular warranty and to a certain interest rate. My son went to sign paperwork, while being instructed to sign on an electronic keypad, he couldn't see what he was signing, wasn't offered to see the paperwork or the computer screen, and when he asked about terms, he was simply told repeatedly "it's on the USB". General Manager Kevin Myers lies and cheats to avert responsibility for tying to void my Warrantee. Safford service department attempted to hide damage they caused during warrantee service and it resulted in destroying the motor. Safford of Warrenton stripped the threads on the main crank shaft, then broke the timing cover and attempted to hide it under RTV silicon. Terrible experience with Preston Meadows and the General Sales Manager, Drew Huttner. Neither of these people seem to care at all about the customer experience. They are slow, non-responsive, don't pay any attention to details and really don't seem to care in the slightest. I will never buy from this dealer again and would advise everyone to avoid this dealership. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this is by far the worst experience. You would have thought that at least the manager would feign interest but even he was non-responsive.

They kept it from 7 AM to 4 PM and only accomplished an oil change when I left instructions to do any and everything needed for the service. Pricing is artificially low. They advertise a price to get you in the door. Than they add freight $1,600 and dealer paperwork $899 onto the price. So you will never get the car for the price advertised. Sure, they disclaim this elsewhere so can say you didn’t read the fine print. Look for a dealer who is transparent about their pricing. They are out there. I will not buy anything from them. My money is going elsewhere.

My complaint is with Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warrenton, VA. The service center has been very dishonest, blatant lies. I took my 2016 Ram 3500 in for a Recall on a steering linkage.
